Wire Feeding:

Wire Stretching and Straightening:
The fed wire first passes through a stretching and straightening device to ensure it is straight and free from any twists or kinks. This process is typically achieved using a series of rollers and stretchers.
Wire Cutting:
The straightened wire is then directed to the cutting device, which cuts the wire into specific lengths. The length of these wire segments determines the size of the final steel wool balls.
Wire Winding:
The cut wire segments are then fed into the winding device. This device quickly winds the wire into a ball shape. The machine controls the tightness and shape of the winding to ensure the quality and consistency of the steel wool balls.
Forming:
The wound wire balls are then transferred to the forming device. This device compresses and shapes the wound wire into standard steel wool ball shapes. This step is typically carried out by mechanical arms and molds.
Trimming and Separating:
After forming, the steel wool balls go through a trimming device to ensure uniform size and shape. The trimmed steel wool balls are then separated from the machine and conveyed to the collection area.
